James Warwick Jones is a realist painter who was born in Hampton, Virginia, where he currently lives and paints.

His work is represented in over twenty corporate and public collections, including the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. He has exhibited in a great number of solo, group, and juried exhibitions and is the recipient of over one hundred awards.
